Organisation settings

Rename your organisation, and choose whether members can see every project or only the ones they're given.

Before you start

  • Owner of the organisation. Admins and members can open Settings but can't change it.

Rename the organisation

  1. In the Breqwatr Cloud Portal (Strata), open Settings under Organisation.
  2. In Organisation details, change the Name.
  3. Choose Save changes.

The Slug, part of the organisation's addresses in the portal, follows the new name.

Restrict members to specific projects

By default, every member of the organisation can see every project. Project access lets you limit each member to the projects they need. It's off for a new organisation, and it applies to members only: owners and admins always see every project.

  1. In Settings, tick Restrict member access to specific projects.
  2. Choose Save changes.

Turning it on keeps every member's current access, so nothing changes until you narrow it. Choose each member's projects on Team: see Manage member roles. Turning it off gives every member every project again.

Check it worked

  • The new name shows in the portal's side navigation and on the dashboard.
  • With project access on, Team has a Project access column.
  • Activity records both changes: see Audit log.
